    Anyone have any suggestions on good doll stands? I have my American girl ones, but they are soo expensive.. I went on ebay the other day and purchased two from a seller and when I received them.. the base is just a little too small... both their feet barely fit on the stand, but they do the trick for the time being.. anyone know of any good ones out there besides the AG brand that work just as well and protect the doll without the metal edges?

    Check Michaels and A.C. Moore.
    They have fairly inexpensive wood ones (dark wood with silver metal) and cheap-o white metal ones.
